I am a man of 16 years and a week ago I had a strange rash on my wrist, and it does not sting or irritate more, if I do not touch. Any notion what it could be? Pictures are sloppy, but it gives you an idea, there is a rash that is bumpy and protruding from the skin. You can not say that in the pictures.
