Do I really need a hospital for a skin rash after administration of a drug to call?

Some recent wave tip Review: question by Stephen Minton : Do I really need to call the hospital for a skin rash after taking drugs I take amoxicillin and tramadol for infection of the mouth, and I am this morning with a rash all over his face.
